Today, I want you to look hard at HOW you do things. For me, it wasn’t until I read Good to Great by Jim Collins that I learned about core values and realized how badly I needed them for my company and for my LIFE.

In order to make “OWNERSHIP” a reality in your business and even at home, you need to be more intentionality in ALL communication.

I would guess that 25% (or more) of meeting time could be eliminated by having “ownership intentionality.” Instead of rehashing tasks and projects that should have had ownership weeks (or even months) before, you can focus on NEW business while keeping the old task moving ahead.
